Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy
At Arihant Jewellers, every piece is carefully inspected before dispatch. Due to the nature of fine jewellery, we currently accept returns or replacements only in specific cases, as outlined below.

Returns & Replacements

  • We accept return or replacement requests only for damaged or defective items.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Clear photos or videos of the product and original packaging are required for verification.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
    Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement or refund, as applicable.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or styling expectations.
  • Products showing signs of wear, damage after delivery, or tampering will not be eligible.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment.
  • Shipping or handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a verified defect or error on our part.
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment provider.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
